Week 4, Day 1

Standard

New week today!
– 5 minute warmup walk
– Jog 3 minutes
– Walk 90 seconds
– Jog 5 minutes
– Walk 2-1/2 minutes
– Jog 3 minutes
– Walk 90 seconds
– Jog 5 minutes

I felt: great! Best run yet, which I wasn’t expecting as this was the most challenging yet.

Weather: Hot, hot, hot

Terrain: roads around the neighborhood

GPS: FAIL. It missed half of my run and shows me cutting through yards, over a 6′ fence, and through a library. As a result, I don’t have my distance or speed. Bummer.
